SURVEY
In 2011 98% of our clients said they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the service we provided.
These are some of the comments from our recent client satisfaction survey in 2011.
| Based on feedback from people and their respective families, we can report that Prestige Nursing have provided and continue to provide a good standard of care, this is supported by the absence of any complaints regarding the care and positive comments made by both the person and their families. They have also demonstrated their ability to work professionally and closely with large organisations without ignoring the needs of the family concerned. |
| We have nothing but praise for J, C, K, I and M. Our particular thanks go to J who was on duty when mother died and dealt with the situation professionally and with sensitivity. J's interest in my mother's pain control helped to ensured that she remained free of pain until the end. All of them showed her and my father the greatest respect in what were often trying moments, particularly at night.
All too often we read of the unacceptable face of the caring profession so we are very happy to be able to redress the balance and say that the system worked well for us and the presence of your team made a difficult time much easier for all concerned. |
| I wish to express my gratitude to you and all your staff for the care that you gave my wife during the last three of her life. The same thanks extends to the help you carers gave me in a very difficult time - both practically help and simple by giving me someone to talk to. |
